Kaitlyn Valenza earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability and Coastal Resilience, with a minor in Human-Environment Geography and a Geospatial Technologies certificate, from Coastal Carolina University in December 2023. Kaitlyn is now pursuing her Masters of Geospatial Information Science and Technology here at NC State. Kaitlyn’s long-term career goal is to combine her passions for GIS, sustainability, and education through the natural resource and conservation industry.
